These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and RG99 ("rg99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rg99.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

rg99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the rg99 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rg99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated winnings, and forfeit any outstanding balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any such information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rg99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify rg99 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
rg99 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds, or upon periodic review. Verification requires submission of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases, a selfie photograph holding the identity document. rg99 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenient, secure, and fast fund management for all Members.
The following payment instruments are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual transaction limits:
rg99 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; standard bank transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target processing times and may be subject to variation during periods of high volume or where KYC verification is outstanding.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments registered in the same name as the rg99 Account holder. rg99 does not accept third-party payments and will not process withdrawals to accounts owned by third parties. rg99 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request. All withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
rg99 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or void any transaction where fraudulent payment activity is suspected. Any charges incurred by rg99 as a result of reversed or disputed transactions may be passed on to the Member responsible.

All content on the rg99 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio-visual material, and database content, is the proprietary property of rg99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rg99 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; scraping or data-mining any portion of the Platform; or using any rg99 intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms.
rg99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By using the rg99 Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
rg99 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.

rg99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim, or MYR 5,000 — whichever is the lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
rg99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon Account closure, any Real Funds balance remaining after deduction of outstanding obligations (including any Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.
Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the rg99 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, with any remaining withdrawable balance disbursed to the verified payment method on file.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Users access the rg99 Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
rg99 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is the user's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable local laws before using the rg99 Platform.
rg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, rg99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected Members via the contact details held on their Account, or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at rg99.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the rg99 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.
